2004-2005     美国加州纳米系统研究所(CNSI),研究方向为:合成半导体纳米线及其阵列结构,将半导体纳米线制作为气体传感器件和场效应管

2005-2006     美国马里兰大学(UMCP)物理系博士后,研究方向为:可控合成II-VI 族半导体纳米结构,研究纳米结构的自旋电子性质(合作研究)
